Stay Inspired
The outbreak of COVID-19 is a graphic reminder of the interconnectedness of all life. It is also a reminder to apply the Buddha’s teachings to respond with kindness, clarity and fearlessness. We have collected some of the best resources to help you navigate and keep these ideals alive during these challenging times.
MEBC Resources Handbook
We have updated our Mid Essex resources Handbook, it includes many useful links (and updated broken links) to key resources ranging from key readings, listenings, videos as well as two very handy resource packs with a lot of key information to the Triratna Buddhist Community as well as the English, Sanskrit or Pāli texts we use in our practice. We hope you find those packs useful. This handbook is updated on a regular basis. Please contact us if you’d like us to include more specific information in those. Access the Handbook here: The MEBC Resources Handbook.
Video Talks
Many of our friends around the world have recorded some video talks responding to the current situation. We will curate some of our favourites here - check back regularly for more, or see what others are sharing on The Buddhist Centre Online's Community Toolkit.
