Online Morning Meditation
Online Daily meditation. A great way to start your day. Everybody is welcome. During these sessions we practice the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Mettā Bhāvanā.
If you are a complete beginner or are not familiar with our meditations, do not worry, we will guide you through them.

Wednesday Dharma Night in person only
Meditation sessions followed by a talk on a Buddhist theme.

Online Thursday Class
Meditation sessions followed by a talk on a Buddhist theme.

Online Mitra Study
We offer Mitra Study every week in different Year groups.
We follow the Triratna Dharma Training Course for Mitras.
