The Mid Essex Buddhist Centre is setting up a group in Leigh and Southend at the Quaker Meeting House in Leigh-on-Sea. Meeting on the third Thursday of every month starting in June 2026. Everyone is welcome to come and meditate, hear Dharma talks and practice together.

No there is no dedicated parking at this location.
Do we need to bring our own meditation equipment?
Yes as this is a rented hall with no storage, we all need to bring our cushions. There will be chairs for a seated meditation.
