To complete this challenge, you will need to attend, starting 3rd January 2026:
1. the Zoom daily morning meditation sessions 7am to 7.35am and/or meditate on own and update group.
2. Optional - Join a temporary WhatsApp share group.
Everyone is warmly welcome. No prior knowledge of either Buddhism or Meditation is required for this challenge. The Zoom meetings are Password enabled. Please contact us if you need access.
