Spring Wellbeing Retreat 26-28 March

Friday 26 March 2021 – Sunday 28 March 2021

There is a varied programme that includes meditation, puja, exercise (something for everyone so please give it a go), indian head massage, relaxation, creative poetry and crafts.

For the massage and relaxation a scented candle might be nice to light or some scented oil.

If you want to take part in the craft session could you have a pen, paper, any coloured pens or pencils, a clean empty jar, maybe some glue and anything you fancy using to decorate the jar with - all will be revealed on the day.
