will be hosted by Mid Essex Buddhist Centre.
The Altruistic Dimension.

Reserved for Women GFR Mitras & Order Members from the Eastern Region.
Please bring vegan food for a shared lunch. If your diet makes a shared vegan meal unsuitable, then please bring your own food, labelled as yours, and keep it separate from the food to share.
Parking is only available on site for 5 cars, and this is normally reserved for disabled persons. Please let Abhayavāṇī know if you need a space on site.

| 11:30 | Talk by Upekṣhādhī: opportunity for written reflection; followed by questions & answers and general discussion. |
| 12:30 | Lunch - please bring vegan lunch to share. If you have special dietary requirements or allergies, please bring your own food - clearly labelled and keep it separate. |

| 15:30 | Threefold Pūjā and offerings. |
| 16:15 | Farewell and clear up. |
