A 5 week online secular course to help you develop skills necessary for cultivating mindfulness and restoring calm. In response to the growing uncertainty and heightened stress during this unprecedented time, we are offering this course on a donation basis to help you navigate the coming days with mindfulness, compassion and presence.

The course will be taught by Pat Elliott, M.A., fully qualified to teach both Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living, certified by Bangor University. Pat currently holds BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches) certification for mindfulness based teaching, which means that Pat keeps up-to-date with training, attends regular supervision sessions and goes on appropriate retreats for about 10 days a year. Pat has been teaching the MBSR course for 7 years and has led about 20 groups. Supported by Vanarājī.

From Tuesday 28th April, on the day, follow this link to join the Zoom Course at 10am.
